Global Resource Solutions also employs professionals who specialize in intelligence analysis and operations at the tactical through operational commands and have experience working at leading intelligence agencies to include the National Security Agency (NSA), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), and the Undersecretary for Defense for Intelligence (USD(I)).

Global Resource Solutions has been heavily involved in the development of the Functional Manager for Defense Collection Management in the Defense Intelligence Operations Coordination Center (DIOCC) in DIA.  This critical skill-set is growing and the importance of having trained collection managers to develop the collections cycle, governing policies, and manage the employment of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets has become a high priority focus for senior leaders in the IC.  Global Resource Solutions also played a key role in the research and development of the Defense Collection Manager Occupational Framework that is designed to foster the mentoring, training, development, and professionalization of collection managers through the Defense community.
