Title: Intelligence Analyst (MID)
Location: DIA JITF-CT, Washington, D.C.
Reports To: Intelligence Support Operations Business Unit Leader
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Summary:
The Intelligence Analyst will perform all-source intelligence research and analysis in support of ongoing military operations. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and participating in the analysis, processing, and distribution of strategic and tactical intelligence.
Duties Include:
- Prepare all-source intelligence products
- Assist in establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files
- Collect and analyze all-source intelligence, identify gaps in collected intelligence, and process related reports and messages
- Assist in determining the significance and reliability of incoming information
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in an adversaries capabilities, vulnerabilities and probable course of action
- Prepares analytical products and replies to Requests for Information (RFI) to varied consumers ranging from tactically deployed units, Service elements, and national-level intelligence organizations Perform additional tasks as applicable.
- Provides intelligence support for contingency operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 - 6 years of intelligence analyst experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required
- Must be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work successfully with clients, corporate services and project personnel
- TS/SCI Clearance required
