Description:
GRS, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Cyber Counterintelligence Instructor.  Our nation's critical information infrastructure is under attack every day!  The need for highly trained agents and analysts to defend against this threat is greater than the available pool of candidates.  You can play an important role in this fight by joining our dedicated team of professionals as we design, develop, and deliver Cyber Counterintelligence training to DoD and federal agents and analysts. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Designs and develops technical training curriculum and programs, both on-site and on-line, for counter-intelligence agents and analysts. Works with applicable business unit/area to establish content, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employee.
• Researches, designs and develops technical and user manuals to support training. Works with technical subject matter experts, field agents, analysts, and/or applicable area to ensure that material is accurate and reflects current "best practices".
• Conducts advanced level training courses, both on-site and on-line, for Cyber Counter-intelligence applications and methods to include lectures and hands-on sessions.
• Works with business units/technical areas to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
• Reviews external training programs to determine feasibility of purchase. Delivers pilot (alpha and beta) classes, tests and evaluates curriculum, makes recommendations as appropriate.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Keeps informed of and maintains proficiency with counterintelligence trends and methods.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (or higher) clearance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in  a related field preferred
• Seven or more years of technical training experience.
• Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent decision making ability and sound judgment
• Superior Interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
