Title:   Resource Management Analyst (Contingent Upon Award)
Location:  Ft. Belvoir, VA
Full/Part Time:  Full-time

Description:
Perform program/budget analysis and financial systems administrator support for the Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Resource Management. Provide expert/senior-level support in the identification of programmatic intelligence and security shortfalls, and in the development, coordination and justification of comprehensive strategies to resource these shortfalls in the years of execution, the budget year, and across the fiscal years. Must have Working knowledge of the Congressional budgeting process, to include National Intelligence Program (NIP), Military Intelligence Program (MIP), Programming, Budgeting, Execution System (PPBES), and Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJB) submission experience.  Responsible for monitoring the execution of INSCOM-wide resources and identifying shortfalls.  Provide expert senior-level analytical support to the Army G-2, the broader Army Intelligence community and other DA level staffs to, and assist in the development, coordination, and justification of comprehensive strategies to resource identified shortfalls.  Review and provide analysis, recommended strategies and courses of action to assist Army Intelligence community resource managers in procuring manpower and fiscal resources.   Provide analytical and technical resource management support to Army G-2 and the broader Army Intelligence Community Resource Integration agencies when tasked.  Respond to any Congressional and OSD staff issues as the POM is presented and defended in both forums.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree, Master’s preferred
  • Experience with budget execution and resource management

Junior:  5-9 years
Mid:  10-14 years
Senior: 15+ years

  • Experience with working in the intelligence community preferred
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and team orientation
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent client service skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SSBI clearance and SCI eligibility is required.
