Facilitation Services
GRS believes high quality facilitation requires a sophisticated, experienced session leader to guide clients through the range of issues and personalities that can derail achieving desired meeting outcomes. To ensure this, the GRS team works with the client at the outset to understand their perspective in-depth, identify clearly the results needed, and form a carefully planned and executed interaction among senior executives.
Facilitation Pre-Work
GRS uses a customized interview protocol to understand the priorities, values and beliefs of key participants in the meeting. The interview discusses the executive’s assessment of potential outcomes, roadblocks, and opportunities.
Tailored Agendas
GRS uses the data gained in the pre-work interviews to craft an agenda that will utilize senior executive meeting time effectively. The team will focus on laying out the core explicit and implied issues and ensure these are the forefront of discussion.
Post Session Plan
GRS believes a successfully facilitated meeting is demonstrated when concrete outcomes and actions are identified – and when participants believe a breakthrough is made. The GRS team will create a follow-up plan to ensure actions are assigned and carried out.
