Tony Williams, LTC US Army (Ret.) – Managing Partner

A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army with extensive experience in intelligence, operations, human capital and training design. He most recently served as Chief, Strategic Planning Group for the Chief of Staff at DIA, and previous to that a Human Capital position with the J2. His awards include the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 4th Oak Leaf Cluster, the Army Commendation Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. Tony holds a masters degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University.

John Theriault – Partner

An experienced management consultant, John’s work includes assisting senior leaders in the U.S. intelligence community to implement business-based best practices post 9-11. He is highly recognized for his work in strategic planning, executive coaching and identification of emergent trends in industry and government. He has performed work both nationally and internationally. John was previously a Director of Government Services for Hitachi Consulting US and was formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Human Resource Division. John holds a masters degree from Harvard University.

Tina Wilson, US Air Force (Former) – Vice President, Business Development

A respected strategic planning and policy consultant, Tina has extensive experience in working with senior leaders seeking to drive change in their organizations. Her work includes managing large-scale, mission-critical projects in the military, public and private sectors. She possesses a wide-range of change support skills including business process analysis and improvement, senior-level facilitation, communication/message development and complex project and event management. She holds a MBA with a focus in Strategic Management from The Johns Hopkins University.

Janet Simmons, LTC US Army (Ret.) - Vice President, Intelligence and Operations  

A Senior Intelligence Officer with over 20 years of experience, Janet has held significant leadership roles including the Office of National Drug Control Policy at the White House and as Battalion Commander at Fort Belvoir, VA. In her work, she has provided comprehensive intelligence support to cabinet-level officials, been responsible for the health, welfare, and training of thousands of soldiers, and managed significant federal budget assets in the Intelligence arena. In addition, she has worked across intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT and SIGINT. Janet holds a Masters of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.

Bruce Moody, LTC US Army (Ret.) - Vice President, Strategy & Policy

 

A senior level executive with over 20 years of experience in strategy, management, and operations, Bruce has held an array of high level positions within DoD. In addition, he brings a strong internal relations component, having served in a policy development role at NATO and as part of the strategic planning team for the development of AFRICOM. In addition, Bruce has led cross-agency international teams including partners such as FBI, State Department, and USAID. He has been responsible for the oversight of multi-million dollar budgets and hundreds of staff. Bruce holds a Masters of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.

Terrance Bradford, US Army Major (Former) – Senior Consultant

A highly experienced and lauded intelligence officer, Terrance has extensive experience in strategy development and implementation. He is a combat veteran who has overseen resource allocation, strategic planning, program development and coordination of multi-echelon intelligence collection (ISR) assets. In addition, Terrance has developed communication architectures and standardized procedures to ensure effective collection management for all-source intelligence collection and dissemination. He has also developed training programs and competencies to build capabilities among line-staff intelligence employees. Terrance holds a Masters of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.

Charlene Bishop - Senior Consultant

A skilled human resource professional, Charlene is a proven expert in business development, implementation of HR strategies, performance management, and organizational development. As a member of the U.S. Army Intelligence community, Charlene played a major role with the integration of technical training tools to implement and standardize global mission essential training. In addition, she has managed the staffing of critical international intelligence-billets for senior Army, Navy and Air Force officials. Charlene holds a Professional Human Resource Management Certification (PHR) and an MBA from Syracuse University.
