GRS is highly experienced at building custom and pre-packaged training solutions to suit customer needs across a range of business topics and organizational issues. Customized Training

The GRS team develops customized training programs with specific participants and objective in mind, often interviewing attendees in advance to assess their current skill level in the topic area(s) and their openness to development. In designing such programs, GRS accesses its network of thought-leaders, practicing executives and highly regarded academics. This allows GRS to provide leading edge research and access well-developed perspectives. These programs are intense and highly challenging to the participants.

Pre-Packaged Training

To provide cost-effective training solutions to be utilized at all levels of the organization, GRS has developed a series of critical-need training solutions that are beneficial to both business and government organizations.
